Training of Teachers in Lagging Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Under the ASPIRE Program

Under Action to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive & Responsive Education (ASPIRE) project from the selected lagging districts, the primary elementary and high school teachers will be capacitated through 10-day training in content knowledge, pedagogy, blended approach, Distance Learning Strategies and general classroom practices so they could meaningfully contribute in holistic development of the learners.

Target and Achievements Phase-2 (March- July 2024).. …..2025
Target and Achievements Phase-3 (2025-26): Training of Teachers on FLN: Target: 5000. Trained: 1000.
Planned for 4000 teachers in Nov-Dec 2025.
UNICEF will also assist in training of 800 teachers on FLN in Dec 2025- Jan 2026.
