The E-Transfer Plus 2026 mobile application (“App”) is developed and maintained by the Elementary & Secondary Education Department (E&SED), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the Education Management Information System (EMIS), to facilitate transparent, merit-based, and digital processing of employee transfer applications under the E-Transfer Plus Policy 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information when you use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

- Supporting Documents uploaded by the employee

- Operating System Version

- Device Identifier (where applicable)
- Date and Time of Access
- Crash Logs and Diagnostic Information
2. Purpose of Data Collection
The collected information is used solely for official government purposes, including:
- Processing transfer applications

- Determining eligibility under the E-Transfer Plus Policy
