1) Ensure monitoring of PTCs funds.

2) Reforms in Boards.

3) Reforms in Training Institutions.

4) Monitoring of Training and re-organization of PTCs.

5) Collection and Analysis of Data from Education Management Information System (EMIS) for Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation purpose

6) To ensure that the development funds placed at the disposal of the PTCs for provision of missing  facilities and construction of classroom are being effectively utilized.

7) Effective monitoring of distribution of free textbooks, the stipend program for girls, teacher’s   attendance and reforms under implementation

8) Effective monitoring of distribution of freetextbooks, the stipend program for girls, teacher’s   attendance and reforms under                    implementation

9)  Reforms in Policy Development, Planning Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation of various programs under implementation in the        Elementary & Secondary Education Department.
